Please join us for a court hearing on Thursday\, where Distr ict Attorney Brooke Jenkins will decide whether or not to prosecute SFPD’s officer Kenneth Cha\, who killed an unarmed Black man\, Sean Moore. DA Je nkins may decide to allow more delays or to drop the charges against the o fficer. We want to show up and express frustration at her inaction to hol d police officers accountable for murder\, and to show support for Sean Mo ore’s family.
\nDuring last month’s court hearing\, the judge pointe d out that there was a room full of people waiting to see what would happe n with the case so it’s clear that our presence in court was noticed. Let’ s keep up the support for Sean Moore’s family and raise the pressure on DA Jenkins to hold officer Kenneth Cha accountable for the murder of Sean Mo ore.
\nDelays have been going on for over a year and a half. The fam ily has shown up for every court hearing and have also been in support of Keita O’Neils family in their appeals for justice.
\nMrs. Moore has recently had some medical issues\, please hold her in your thoughts.
