Please join u s for a court hearing on Thursday\, where District Attorney Brooke Jenkins will decide whether or not to prosecute SFPD’s officer Kenneth Cha\, who killed an unarmed Black man\, Sean Moore. DA Jenkins may decide to allow m ore delays or to drop the charges against the officer. We want to show up and express frustration at her inaction to hold police officers accountab le for murder\, and to show support for Sean Moore’s family.
\nDurin g last month’s court hearing\, the judge pointed out that there was a room full of people waiting to see what would happen with the case so it’s cle ar that our presence in court was noticed. Let’s keep up the support for S ean Moore’s family and raise the pressure on DA Jenkins to hold officer Ke nneth Cha accountable for the murder of Sean Moore.
\nDelays have be en going on for over a year and a half. The family has shown up for every court hearing and have also been in support of Keita O’Neils family in the ir appeals for justice.
\nMrs. Moore has recently had some medical i ssues\, please hold her in your thoughts.
