Join us at Mann y’s on May 3rd for a one-on-one conversation between President of the Boar d of Supervisors Aaron Peskin and Joe Eskenazi as they discuss Peskin’s ca ndidacy and his vision for San Francisco.\nAaron Peskin is the President o f the San Francisco Board of Supervisors\, representing District 3\, which is comprised of the historic neighborhoods of North Beach\, Chinatown\, F isherman’s Wharf\, Polk Gulch\, Union Square/Financial District and Russia n\, Telegraph and Nob Hills. He has lived in District 3 for over thirty ye ars.\nHe is currently serving his fifth non-consecutive term on the Board of Supervisors\, after serving two terms from 2001-2009 (including two ter ms as the unanimously-elected President of the Board\, prior to recently b eing elected Board President again on January 7\, 2023.). During his previ ous terms in office\, Aaron Peskin was a leader to preserve and expand aff ordable housing in District 3 and citywide. He helped pass the city’s firs t inclusionary housing law\, which required private developers to create a ffordable housing\, and later co-authored the landmark increase to those a ffordable housing requirements in 2016/17. Aaron Peskin is the Preside nt of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors\, representing District 3\, w hich is comprised of the historic neighborhoods of North Beach\, Chinatown \, Fisherman’s Wharf\, Polk Gulch\, Union Square/Financial District and Ru ssian\, Telegraph and Nob Hills. He has lived in District 3 for over thirt y years.

\n

He is currently serving his fifth non-consecutive term on the Board of Supervisors\, after serving two terms from 2001-2009 (includ ing two terms as the unanimously-elected President of the Board\, prior to recently being elected Board President again on January 7\, 2023.). He helped pass the city’s first inclusionary housing law\, which required private developers to create affordable housing\, and later co-authored the landmark increase to those affordable housing requirements in 2016/17.
