improving and was transferred to a re-hab facility (Pacific Heights Trans
itional Care Center) at 2707 Pine St. on the corner of Divisadero and Pine

eased in 2002. Pilfer returns to the Occupied Territories
of West Bank and Gaza where he previously filmed a documentary
with the same title in 1977.

The film looks at the orig
ins of the current bombings by Israel and the nature of Isra
el’s colonial settlements.
\n
In a series of extraordinary
interviews with both Palestinians and Israelis\, filmmaker John Pilger wea
ves through the issue of Palestine\, continually asking for
the solution which is to bring justice\, as well as Peace to
Palestine.

After the screening there will be a discussion
and Q&A.
