DA Jenkins has been doing her best to block this hearing from happening this week, but we have just received confirmation that 10/17 is ON.
DA Jenkins continues to criminalize dissent against genocide as Israel commits war crimes with impunity in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon. Thus, the legal defense team for the Golden Gate 26 have filed motions to get this case DISMISSED. These motions (1. DA Jenkins must be disqualified from the case due to her racism and corruption; 2. this case must be dismissed on grounds of righteous acts to oppose genocide) will be heard on Thursday morning.
** Court starts at 9, but we urge everyone to come EARLY. Please start lining up by 8:30. Courthouse security has been deliberately slowing down the line, making entering the building itself a challenge.

Since October 7, 2023 – October 9, 2024 Gaza’s Ministry of Health says more than 42,400 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks and thousands more are buried under rubble and threatened by illness.
Israel has expanded its bombing campaign to Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iran and continues its genocidal campaign in occupied Palestine.
There have been no aid trucks entering Palestine this October!
All are welcomed to join the Revolutionary Workers Front and Mothers On The March, on Fridays at the SF Federal building.
We have banners, signs, and chalk for sidewalk messaging. You are welcomed to bring your own homemade messages.
We Continue to Call on the elected Federal officials to:
– End ALL U.S. Military Aid and Weapons to Israel
– End the Blockade of Palestine
– End the Apartheid / Colonialization of Palestine
We must call for a GENERAL STRIKE TO STOP THE GENOCIDE! (since elected officials won’t stop funding genocide)
We must call for a national strike demanding the United States of North America’s financing of the genocide, occupation and war against Palestinian people

All are welcomed to join Alex’s parents Refugio and Elvira Nieto on the 21st of each month as they remember Alex. It’s been over 10years since Alex was killed.
On March 21, 2014, Alex was murdered by SFPD officers Jason Sawyer, Richard Schiff, Nathan Chew, and Roger Morse, with 59 bullets.
DA Gacon (at the time) declined to file criminal charges against the officers. DA Jenkins let the attorney go who was working pm the case under Chesa Boudin.
There is still no justice for SFPD’s execution of Alex nor of any other victims of SFPD’s executions.
The new Memorial is still in the works.
