- These are ideas we can submit to the Healthy CA Policy Committee for consideration, on behalf of the SF Berniecrats healthcare group.
- Healthcare group members vote on each recommendation (after it’s read aloud). Amendments may be taken if proposed, and line-item votes will be taken for recommendations with multiple bullet points. Recommendations pass with a 60% vote of attending members, in line with SF Berniecrats bylaws.
- Which ideas are higher-priority? Should we prioritize some ideas?
- Ting meeting scheduled for Friday March 23, 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
- Confirmed attendees: Laksh, Jamie. Maybe Dan.
- Topics to discuss? Asks to make? Ting seems to have mixed opinions on SB 562, and maybe this can be an opportunity to stop him from calling the bill a “statement of principles” in public.
- Future SB 562 community presentations in a different neighborhood
- When? Where? A neighborhood with a farmers’ market?
- Focus on the same topics or change slightly?
- Improvements we should make to publicizing?
