Federal workers serve our communities every day, providing vital services that millions of Americans rely on. Instead of being intimidated into “resigning” by the world’s richest man, we’re going to stand up and make our voices heard. On Wednesday, February 19th, join fellow federal employees and community supporters across the country for a Save Our Services day of action.
Here’s how you can participate in the Save Our Services day of action, wherever you are:
- On February 19th, wear red, white, and/or blue
- If you’re a federal worker, take a group photo with your colleagues (or on your own!) with signs about how your work benefits the public. If you’re a community supporter, take a photo with a sign about how you benefit from federal services.
- Post your photos online with the hashtag #SaveOurServices.
- Participate in (and help build) a local rally
Together, we can stop Elon Musk and stand up for the vital services that keep our nation running and protect the dedicated workers who provide them. Whether you work at a VA hospital, process Social Security benefits, protect our country, or ensure food safety, your work matters. Join us in showing America what public service really means.

Save our government services and employees.
It’s clear thus far in the Trump administration, that these cuts to Federal workforce employees are not designed to cut the deficit or streamline services. Instead, these layoffs and firings are designed with the sole purpose of destroying consumer protection bureaus, intimidating the remaining government workforce to remain silent, and showing the nation, that this government wants to set an example that they are ready and willing to inflict pain and suffering on anyone with the courage to stand in their way. Know, that I will do everything in my power to support you and to stand up to this authoritarian leader moving towards dictatorship.
