This month’s Sensible Cinema film is a combination of a UUSF Art Show by the Art Committee and two short films by Sensible Cinema, with discussion on Friday, September 18.  
 
The focus is the Rohingya people of Myanmar and the genocidal disaster perpetrated by the Myanmar military/ government.

Virtual Film Discussion Gathering via Zoom

 

These are two short films revolving around the lives of Rohingya, Rakhine and Kachin people in Myanmar (Burma) and the gross mistreatment they have endured by the Burmese military.   The filmmaker, Jeanne Hallacy, and producer, Gregg Butensky will be with us for discussion.
