Stryker&#8217;s talk is accompanied by a screening of the short documentary film, &#8220;One Eleven Taylor (During a Pandemic),&#8221; as well as some reflections from Rebecca Young, an attorney who has been with the SF Public Defender for 18 years, and who had a client placed at 111 Taylor despite the fact that he had a safe, stable family home to go to in Oakland.  \u201cOne Eleven Taylor (During a Pandemic)\u201d was created by The Adachi Project and released in 2021 as part of Defender-Vol.00, an Art+Media+Justice project created with the San Francisco Public Defender\u2019s Office. The Adachi Project is an unprecedented partnership between the San Francisco Public Defender\u2019s Office, EVEN\/ODD, and Compound, honoring the legacy of the late San Francisco Public Defender, Jeff Adachi.
