Please hold Jackie, Melvin, Rodger and Cecile Pineda\u2019s family in your thoughts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cecile Leneman Pineda<\/strong> passed away August 11, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please hold her children, David, Michael and Indira Leneman, and her friends in your thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She spoke fondly of her children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cecile is the author of many books, a playwrite, founder of a theater, actress and did a newsletter (blog) and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She was present at demos at federal buildings in SF & Oakland, standing up against US involvement in Yemen, Afghanistan and on other issues. She stood up for immigrant rights at the ICE building in SF, a supporter of the Occupy movement, at one time she her presence was at the Japanese Consulate in SF highlighting the issue of Fukushima, and other nuclear issues, as well in Nevada against DRONES.
