The Labour Files examines thousands of internal documents, emails and social media messages to reveal how senior officials in one of the two parties of government in the UK ran a coup by stealth against the elected leader of the party. The program will show how officials set about silencing, excluding and expelling its own members in a ruthless campaign to destroy the chances of Jeremy Corbyn becoming Britain\u2019s prime minister. Commissioned by the party leader, Keir Starmer, it identified what it called a \u201chierarchy of racism\u201d, with antisemitism taken more seriously within the Party than other forms of racism. Now Forde speaks publicly for the first time to Al Jazeera\u2019s Investigative Unit. He reveals he has heard almost nothing from the Labour Party since the report was published. And he says he resisted pressure from the BBC to remove criticism of its 2019 Panorama documentary, Is Labour Anti-Semitic? Forde said he felt \u201cvindicated\u201d by the I-Unit investigation, The Labour Files, which he found fascinating.
