First, we thank you so much if you were active with us over the past week. Your efforts are vital as we attempt to turn this ship around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another week of MAGA insanity — especially around the budget. But we were especially appalled at the shootings in DC. State-sanctioned violence against individuals and groups of people is abhorrent. Political violence and vigilantism are not acceptable in any measure. PDA condemns the senseless murder of Israeli embassy staffers, even as we also vehemently oppose the Netanyahu administration’s brutal persecution of Palestinians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will continue to support peace and justice around the globe and here in the US, over the upcoming week. On the phones, at the doors, in the streets, in the suites, and on social media, organizing neighborhood by neighborhood, we’ll continue building the movement required to bring about real change, and keep our endangered communities safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve been fighting for social, economic, environmental, and racial justice, peace, democracy, and the rule of law for over 20 years, and we’ll continue to build the movement, seven days a week, with special focus on the “No Kings” events nationwide on June 14th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
