It&#8217;s principles and basic assumptions can be found in America&#8217;s Founding Documents, especially the Preamble to the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>POTUA\u2019s initial project is the construction of a \u201cshadow cabinet.\u201d The purpose of the Shadow Cabinet is similar that of <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">the shadow governments and cabinets of the U.K. Here in the US, such political tools as shadow governments are usually contemplated within \u201cthink tanks.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Shadow Cabinet is a feature of the Westminster system of government (e.g., British Parliament).
