She was elected to the <a title=\"Acad\u00e9mie fran\u00e7aise\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Acad%C3%A9mie_fran%C3%A7aise\">Acad\u00e9mie fran\u00e7aise<\/a> in November 2008.
