People looking for help with rent payments, food and other needs are typically limited by what a particular city or county offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new site seeks to broaden access to resources to keep people housed, regardless of where they live in the Bay Area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeople here cross city and county lines all the time, without even thinking about it,\u201d said All Home CEO Tomiquia Moss, who has spearheaded several initiatives to address regional homelessness and poverty, including last year\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.allhomeca.org\/bigmoves\/\">\u201cBig Moves\u201d housing and workforce plan<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNow no matter where you are, there\u2019s one simple place where you can find the best help that\u2019s available in your area.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More from Kevin Fagan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/bayarea\/article\/hope-cafe-ellis-street-homelessness-18423112.php\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/bayarea\/article\/hope-cafe-ellis-street-homelessness-18423112.php\">He runs a free cafe for S.F.\u2019s homeless.
