State Sen. Scott Wiener<\/a> and Supervisor Connie Chan<\/strong> advanced to November’s election to succeed Rep. Nancy Pelosi in one of San Francisco’s most closely watched<\/a> Democratic contests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
