Minimum Wage Ordinance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>(SF.gov\/information)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers are required to pay no less than the San Francisco minimum wage to employees performing work in San Francisco, including part-time and temporary employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sf.gov\/departments--office-labor-standards-enforcement\">Office of Labor Standards Enforcement<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees performing work in San Francisco, including part-time and temporary employees, must be paid no less than the San Francisco minimum wage, currently $19.18 and increasing to $19.61 on July 1, 2026. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The San Francsico minimum wage rate will be adjusted based on the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index.
