“But the real key for Democrats’ success will be whether they can avoid the self-inflicted wounds brought on by the purity tests imposed by the ultraliberal wing of the party,” says former Mayor Brown.<\/p>\n
Yeah, like getting corporate money out of politics.\u00a0 That’s the only purity test that the ultraliberal wing of the party demands.\u00a0 Once corporate money is out of politics, then politicians will be free to do the will of the people.<\/p>\n
Mayor Brown would probably not pass this purity test and that’s why he’s warning us against this “ultraliberal” idea.<\/p>\n
