Well, the community donated time and a lot of money to decorate the cities new homeless solution. Stock tanks as planters? The city didn’t even go for landscaping materials, they went for farm materials.<\/p>\n

Welcome to the farm. Like a petting zoo? Let’s view the homeless from the outside of the fence.<\/p>\n

I don’t know what’s worse, the concentration camp design, or the community members helping to make it a pretty concentration camp.<\/p>\n

Congratulations Berkeley. You really fucked the homeless. The bigger picture is not to help the homeless. It’s to confine to permissable areas, under threat of enforcement.<\/p>\n
