There’s an election on September 16th, but it’s not citywide. This election is only for recalling District 4 Supervisor Joel Engardio. Ballots will be sent out only to District 4 residents around August 18th. Wow that’s soon!

So we’re planning a quick endorsement process, and you’re invited to join us on Thursday, July 24th to discuss how we should endorse in this race.

Member Voting Eligibility:
Everyone is welcome to participate in our endorsement discussions, BUT to be eligible to vote on our endorsements requires that you:

• Have completed 4 hours of volunteer time on official League activities in the previous election cycle, and
• You are current on your membership dues.

Candidates and campaigns are welcome to come for the open discussion time of the meeting, but please note that we do not allow speakers. Candidates and paid campaign staff are kindly asked to leave when we discuss your campaign, and members who are paid staff on campaigns refrain from voting on the endorsement for their campaigns.
