First they came for the homeless
The City of Oakland posted eviction notices at the #HousingAndDignityVillage. Cops will show up to evict on Wednesday, Dec 5 at 8:30 AM. We are asking the community to show up starting at 7 AM with coffee/tea, trash bags, and breakfast. We also need folks to do copwatch and stand as witness to the government punishing unhoused women for standing up for themselves, their children, and their support networks.
