This week begins the preliminary hearings for those of the GG26 targeted with felony conspiracy charges. These charges criminalize the very act of organizing itself, and nationwide, prosecutors are leveraging conspiracy charges to threaten and isolate our movements. From the Golden Gate 26 in SF to the Cop City 61 in Atlanta, our struggles against Zionism and policing are interconnected.

MONDAY 10/21: Press conference + Rally 8:15 AM

Court is in session at 9am.

TUES 10/22- THURS 10/24: Gather on the steps and enter courthouse together in the morning. Please be in line by 8:45 as the police deliberately slow down the security process every time we pack the court.

THURS 10/24: Alongside the felony preliminary hearing will be a motion hearing for the misdemeanor defendants. We will split out the crowd appropriately given the progress of the felony hearing.

Special request: The GG26 legal defense team and defendants have requested that chanting be limited to before and after court is in session. This is so that the defense attorneys can make their arguments clearly and audibly, and so that they can accurately assess the prosecution’s legal arguments.
