Hosts Hanieh Jodat Barnes and Ryan Black will be joined by experts on the crises to discuss the ongoing issues and answer questions from the audience. Speaking on occupied Palestine, we will be joined by author and activist at the Institute for Public Accuracy, Sam Husseini; former National Executive Committee member of the African National Congress, Ronnie Kasril; and Co-Founder of the International Solidarity Movement and former Chair of the Free Gaza Movement, Huwaida Arraf. We’ll also be joined by experts on the war in Yemen, including Hassan El Tayeeb of the Friends Committee on National Legislation and Kawthar Abdullah of the Yemeni Alliance Coalition.
After the discussions and Q&As, we’ll take action together, contacting our representatives to urge them to support legislation that will end the needless suffering in Yemen and occupied Palestine.
