On Friday April 21, ExComm member Angad Singh Bhalla will be presenting at San Jose State University’s conference on student debt: Living the Indebted Life: You Are Not A Loan. He will discuss the 2018 ballot initiative proposal to eliminate tuition for all in-state residents at all UCs, CSUs, and Community Colleges.
