Thanks to everyone who continues to join our “Missing Peace Monday” Community Calls! In times like these, staying connected and sharing strategy is crucial as we unite to demand a ceasefire in Gaza and an end to the Israeli occupation in Palestine.
We are so excited to come back together next Monday, March 25. We will be watching and discussing the documentary, The Wanted 18, a story of Palestinians in Beit Sahour who started a local dairy farm during the First Intifada as a form of nonviolent resistance, by hiding a herd of 18 cows from Israeli occupation forces when the dairy collective was deemed a “threat to Israeli national security” in an attempt to squash the resistance. This documentary is 1 hour and 15 minutes long, so prepare for a bit longer of a Missing Peace Monday meeting!
