Join NUHW and Healthy California Now for an informative panel on achieving Medicare for All in California

featuring civil rights iconDolores Huerta

Dolores Huerta and Latinx leaders from across the state will discuss how barriers to health care have impacted Latinx and immigrant communities during the pandemic and how Medicare for All in California can eliminate the health disparities in the state.

Huerta will be joined by San Francisco Supervisor Myrna Melgar, former San Francisco Supervisor and California Democratic Party Vice-Chair David Campos, Dr. Yohualli Balderas-Medina Anaya, Unite Here Local 11 Co-President Ada Briceño, and Alhambra City Councilmember Sasha Rene Perez.

The panel discussion will take place via Zoom at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11.
