___ Yes, I can help collect HR 676 (Medicare for All) postcards at 6:15 on Thurs. Nov. 29 at the Jessie Jackson’s speaking engagement at the Marines Memorial Theatre at 609 Sutter St. 4 blocks from the Powell St BART stop. From BART, walk 4 blocks north and then one block west to 609 Sutter.
___ Yes, I can help carry a banner in support with the Unite Here Hotel Workers Local 2 striking workers on Sat. Dec 1 at 10.30am.
The Marriot hotel wants to take away Local 2’s health care. The march begins at 10:30 Yerba Buena Lane at Market in SF. Yerba Buena Lane is between 3rd and 4th Streets and is 1 block east of the Powell St BART.
___ I can help collect HR 676 postcards 6:15pm on Monday, Dec. 3rd at Congress Member Jackie Speire’s talk at the Commonwealth Club. The Commonwealth Club is at 110 The Embarcadero. That is one block south of the Embarcadero BART.
