We have a needs list from Snubbed by the HUB 2.0. They are located at Fairview and Adeline, in Berkeley. Michelle Lot is the contact person. These winter lists rarely change. Wind and cold mixed with precipitation suck when you are outside.
Solar system, tents, tarps, sleeping bags, pads, hand warmers, rain gear, socks, and coffee.
