I’m thrilled to share some incredible news with you – news that marks a major milestone in our fight for a fair and just democracy. Thanks to your unwavering support, the Justice For All Party (JFA) has successfully challenged the North Carolina State Board of Elections and secured our rightful place on the 2024 general election ballot! This victory isn’t just a win for our campaign – it’s a win for every voter who believes in the power of choice and the strength of democracy. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina has ruled in our favor, affirming that the Board’s refusal to certify our party, despite meeting all legal signature requirements, was a violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments. This decision is a powerful reminder that the voices of the people cannot be silenced.
“The court’s decision is not just a win for JFA but a victory for every North Carolinian who believes in the power of choice and the strength of democracy.”Justice for All Party North Carolina Co-Chair, Italo Medelius
As we celebrate this monumental achievement, we must also prepare for the battles ahead. Our campaign is more energized than ever, and with your help, we’re ready to take our message to voters across the country.
