Medicare for All

Because of everyone who contacted their members of Congress, a total of 128 senators and representatives signed on to co-sponsor the Medicare for All Act of 2023.But there’s still a lot of work to do to continue growing the movement for Medicare for All in Congress and around the country.

Since you took action to support the Medicare for All Act of 2023, I’m asking if you’d like to get more deeply involved in the fight for Medicare for All.

Let me know if you’re interested in organizing for Medicare for All in your community. As Public Citizen’s Medicare for All Organizer, I work with groups of people around the country who are organizing in their local communities to create a consensus in favor of Medicare for All.So far, more than 100 towns, cities, and counties have passed resolutions declaring their support! These resolutions often make local news and get the attention of members of Congress who represent the area. And they’re also a great way to get future members of Congress on the record and involved in the Medicare for All movement before they ever run for higher office.

If you think you might be interested in joining a Medicare for All Resolutions effort near you, or starting one of your own, you can sign up here.

Thanks for being a part of the fight for Medicare for All.
