SF
MUNI – # 22 & # 19 lines
Stand up for REAL JUSTICE NOT Brooke Jenkins! With Mothers On The March and the Community at interim Brooke Jenkins office.
We need to RESIST and expose her agenda:
– For not holding police accountable for abusing and executing people in our communities. She fired most of the lawyers who were working on cases involved in holding sfpd accountable.
– Two of the cases were in various stages of court hearings for trial
– For deceiving San Franciscans from the time the Guido trial didn’t go her way and she quit the DA’s office to work on the Recall Boudin campaign. Her campaign is based on many lies.
– For contributing more to AAPI hate and divisions between the Asian, Black and Brown communities.
– Her election has been supported by funds from the SF Police Officers Association.
All are welcomed.

STOP THE U.S. EXTRADITON OF ASSANGE!
U.S. government is prosecuting Julian Assange under the 1917 Espionage Act to criminalize anti-war journalism. Assange faces 175 yrs in a U.S. prison.
This U.S. prosecution of a journalist is a death blow to the First Amendment.
Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks, published the 2010 Iraq War Logs, showing evi- dence of U.S. war crimes.
These documents won international journalism and peace awards.
Assange “published,” he did not “hack.” Witnesses testified in September 2020, that As- sange was careful to redact names.
Pentagon testified in 2013 that these documents put no one in harm’s way. WIKILEAKS HAS 100% ACCURACY!
Here in the Bay Area please join us as we participate in this worldwide solidarity event of the Surround Parliament human chain. 5. Saturday, 12Noon, San Francisco: Legal Abortion Nationwide Now! Rally and March
In person – meet at:
Union Square
SF
WE MARCH for the 10-year-old little girl who was raped… then forced to travel to get an abortion because she was 3 days past the 6 week cut-off of a “heartbeat bill.”
WE MARCH for women like Mahsa Amini who are beaten by the morality police in Iran for showing a lock of their hair.
WE MARCH for the hopes & dreams of people to be free from all oppression.
Wear GREEN and join us in fighting for Legal Abortion on Demand & Without Apology Nationwide.
Forced motherhood is female enslavement. When women are not free, no one is free. This must never be accepted. It must be relentlessly resisted, repudiated, and reversed!
NOW is the time to hold nothing back.
NOW is the time to rouse thousands and soon millions in the struggle so that we can look every person in the eye with the promise in word and deed that they will have a future as full human beings.
NOW is the time to decide what side of history you stand on.
NOW is the time to Rise Up, together, as if our lives depend upon it—for, in fact, they do.
Join the Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights Bay Area Chapter and participating organizations at the march & rally in San Francisco on October 8th, in solidarity with Women’s March, and with the courageous uprising of the people of Iran.

6. Saturday, 2:00pm – 4:00pm, “Anti-Chevron Day w/Steven Donziger” at the Green Film Fest of SF!
Roxie Theater
3117 16thSt.
SF
The Green Film Festival of San Francisco is welcoming my film, “Anti-Chevron Day w/Steven Donziger” and will show it in Roxie Theater 2. (Peter Menchini’s film)
Human rights lawyer Steven Donziger spent 993 days of detention stemming from his decades-long legal fight with Chevron, which deployed its vast resources in a campaign to destroy Donziger after he won a $9.5 billion settlement against the fossil fuel giant over its pollution of the Amazon rainforest.
My film, which features time lapse and aerial videography by Art Koch, plays with “Oyate”, a film about Indigenous People using their newfound platform to shed light on the wide array of injustices committed against them. They seek to wake up the world and embark upon the process of decolonization.

7. Sunday, 11:00am – 1:00pm, Amazon and Starbucks Bosses: Stop Your Union Busting
In person
Picket at Whole Foods Store (Noe Valley)
3950 24th Street
SF
Out doors
Mask
Tell their bosses Stop Union Busting! Recognize the Unions Now!
Let Amazon and Starbucks workers know you have their backs. Picket and rally at Whole Foods owned by Amazon.
Warning: The worker organizing wave is in danger because of union busting!
The national wave of union organizing and militancy spearheaded by Starbucks workers and Amazon workers is the biggest upsurge in worker organizing since the 1930s and 1940s. The organizing wave has spread to Trader Joe’s, Chipotle, Apple, REI and a growing list of chain stores and industries.
However, this uprising of workers, which holds the potential of not only saving the labor movement but transforming it, is under life-threatening attack. We must unite in defense of the brave young workers that are the vanguard of this transformative workers struggle.
This action is part of a nationwide campaign to build solidarity with the workers who are fighting to unionize against vicious union busting tactics by their bosses.
Check out this new Solidarity Network and sign up to get involved.

12. Tuesday, 12 Noon, Stop Wiener’s Corrupt Gutting of Bill To Give PG&E $1.4 billion & To Keep Diablo Nuclear Plant Open
In person
California State Building
455 Golden Gate Ave
SF
Repeal SB 864 and Shut Down Diablo Canyon nuclear plant NOW!
On Sunday September 11, Democratic party leadership of the Senate printed Scott Weiner’s bill SB 864. Without any notice to
the people of California, Scott allowed his bill for drug treatment to be gutted and replaced with language that gave $1.4 billion
to keep the broken PG&E Diablo Canyon plant going for another five years and maybe longer.
The corrupt Democratic controlled legislature uses this sneak procedure to get around the 30 day notice on a bill to the people
of California so they have time to learn about legislation that will effect their lives.
Ratepayer are already paying to decommission the plant in a deal that was reach in 2016 with energy to be replaced by solar and
other non-fossile fuels.
Under Biden’s climate bill, the nuclear industry stuck in billions of dollars in subsides to keep aging nuclear plants operating.
The nuclear industry and PG&E with the support of Governor Newsom, Scott Weiner and the Democrats and Republicans have
pulled a fast one on the people of California to stall moving to solar and alternative energy. Newsom and his pro-nuclear CPUC
want to tax residents who have solar even more to punish them.
Just this week it was also announced that even more dangerous earthquake faults have been discovered near Diablo Canyon.
The lessons of Fukushima have been ignored by Governor Newom and the State Legislature.
We call for the repeal of this bill and for the $1.4 billion to be used for further solarization and batteries to store the energy.
We cannot afford another Fukushsima on the coast of California.
