Town Hall at Feinstein’s – Stop Gorsuch!

We will continue pressuring California’s senior senator Dianne Feinstein this weekend to actively oppose Trump’s supreme court nominee Neil Gorsuch.

Seeing how Feinstein voted for 5 of Trump’s nominees over the past 2 weeks (James Mattis, John Kelly, Mike Pompeo, Nikki Haley, and Elaine Chao) and was on the fence about Jeff Sessions until just hours before the vote, we must continue lobbying her to represent the overwhelming number of California voters who rejected Trump in the November election.

After succesfully rallying 200 constituents on Janurary 29th, we return to Feinstein’s mansion rain or shine on Superbowl Sunday. Participants are asked to prepare two minutes of public coment to speak at the second town hall.

Our message is clear: Prevent the appointment of Trump’s SCOTUS nominee Neil Gorsuch and every part of Trump’s agenda.

This town hall is being organized by human rights and democracy community organizers Ben Becker and Michael Petrelis. We welcome everyone who wants more transparency and communication with their representatives to join us in demanding public town halls with all elected officials.

Volunteers are needed to livestream the event. We also need a megaphone, so if you have one please let us know ASAP.
