IMPORTANT NOTE: Clarification on resolution:

The resolution hasn’t been introduced, and so it won’t appear on the agenda or in legistar. Once the item is introduced, it is put on the following week’s agenda — we are planning on introducing it on Tuesday, 12/5. Public comment (38 on the agenda) will be allowed right after introductions (37 on the agenda). Because the item isn’t on the agenda folks can speak to it in ‘public comment’.

Public Comment is no longer accepted via telephone except for disabilities.
