Friday, May 19th at 9:00am is a hearing where AG Bonta’s office will tell the court that he won’t prosecute Christopher Samayoa for the killing of Keita O’Neil.
People will be holding space outside the Hall Of Justice.
All are welcomed.
Hearing is in Dept. 20, 2nd Floor (elevator access).
Earlier this week DA Jenkins declined to file charges against the security guard, Michael Earl-Wayne Anthony for the killing of Banko Brown.
On May 11, 2023, Jenkins dismissed the charges on SFPD’s officer Christopher Flores for the shooting of Jamaica Hampton.
Next week is another court hearing for SFPD’s officer Kenneth Cha for the homicide of Sean Moore – will Jenkins dismiss this case too?
Her actions / non actions is sending a message that law enforcement can get away with murder and terrorizing our communities.
All are invited to call for:
– BROOKE JENKINS TO RESIGN!
– CHARGE ALL KILLER COPS WITH MURDER AND JAIL THEM!
