The ultra-conservative right has made it their life mission to roll back all these rights and reinterpret bedrock constitutional principles. But we can’t despair, as Speaker Pelosi says let’s organize not agonize. Mitch McConnell only needs one seat to retake power in Senate and Kevin McCarthy only needs to pick up a handful of seats to control the House.
