California’s primary election for governor is less than a month away, and we have to ensure a single-payer health care champion makes it onto the November ballot.

The California Nurses Association is all in for Tom Steyer — the only viable candidate in this race making CalCare a core part of their platform.

That’s why we’re hosting a Nurses for Steyer “Get Out the Vote” (GOTV) call this Thursday to activate supporters and turn out voters before the June 2nd primary election. Can we count on you to join us?

On the call, we’ll share how you can take action to ensure that Tom places in the top two in June and heads to the November general election ballot.

The only way we’ll win guaranteed health care is by creating the political landscape to pass it. Right now, that means electing someone who will fight for single-payer health care like Tom Steyer will.

Ballots start being sent to voters today. We have to reach them before they cast their vote and explain why Tom Steyer is the best choice.

This call is open to everyone. We need nurses, long-time supporters, and first-time volunteers to come together to build the coalition that will elect Tom Steyer this year — and pass CalCare next year.
