Our event this month is not a film. Instead we’ll be supporting the SF Labor Fest with a performance by “The Rockin’ Solidarity Labor Chorus”. It’s made up of many different union members and here’s a link to learn more:
The door will be open as usual at 6:30 pm but the chorus won’t start until 7:00.

Friday, July 20, 2018, 6:30pm
Unitarian Universalist Center 1187 Franklin Street @ Geary Blvd.
The Rockin’ Solidarity Labor Chorus presents a history of immigration, told through the lens of family and policy and illustrated by songs old and new. Chorus members will share their own families’ migration experiences; Howard Zinn and Cornel West will weigh in; and there are rumors of a surprise visit from Washington, DC.
Free Admission (donations appreciated).
As usual, popcorn and other refreshments will also be available.
