SF DA Jenkins will have one final chance to schedule the preliminary hearing in the case against Kenneth Cha the SFPD officer who killed Sean Moore.
Stand with Mrs. Moore and Kenneth to demand DA Jenkins do her job and hold SFPD officers who break the law accountable.
In 2017, Sean Moore was brutally shot at his home in the OMI neighborhood of San Francisco, by SFPD officer Kenneth Cha in response to a noise complaint. At the time of his shooting, Sean was unarmed and suffering a mental health crisis. Despite Cleo Moore previously informing SFPD of Sean’s mental health struggles, Kenneth Cha and the other officers at the scene resorted to brutal force instead of crisis de-escalation. On January 20, 2020, Sean passed away as a result of the gun wounds while serving an unjust sentence in San Quentin State Prison.
How has the District Attorney’s Office responded?
In November of 2021, former District Attorney Chesa Boudin charged SFPD officer Kenneth Cha with voluntary manslaughter and assault with a semiautomatic firearm.
However, current District Attorney Brooke Jenkins has failed to move the charges forward, delaying justice and police accountability from Sean Moore’s family.
(Above info from SF Rising)
While Brooke Jenkins says she advocates for police accountability, she has failed to commit to her word.
Her recent actions:
On May 15th, Jenkins announced that she would not be filing charges against Michael Earl-Wayne Anthony, the private security guard who shot Brown.
On May 19th her office officially dismissed the case against former SFPD officerChristopher Samayoa, for the killing of Keita O’Neil
On May 11, 2023, Jenkins dismissed the charges on SFPD’s officer Christopher Flores for the shooting of Jamaica Hampton
Sean Moore’s case is one of three cases that former DA Boudin has charged a SFPD officer.
On Friday, May 26th will Brooke Jenkins and the ‘justice system’ again dismiss holding SFPD accountable??
Press Conference after the court hearing (around 9:30am) outside The Hall of Justice.

5. Sunday, 9:30am – 11:00am, Wayne Hsiung: How Plant Based Food Can Save Our Planet
In person or Zoom
Wayne Hsiung is an attorney who has led teams that have investigated and rescued animals from animal-abusing enterprises across the nation – while challenging unconstitutional “ag gag” laws in the process. Recently he served as the lead counsel in two “right to rescue” trials in which activists were acquitted after being charged for giving aid to sick and dying animals in factory farms, garnering much media attention. Wayne studied law and economics at the University of Chicago. He taught at Northwestern School of Law, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship. He is co-founder of The Simple Heart Initiative and Direct Action Everywhere. In 2018, Science Magazine presented a groundbreaking environmental assessment that adopting a plant-based diet is “probably the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth.” In the 5 years since, more evidence has accumulated showing the devastating impacts of livestock on climate due to methane going into the atmosphere.

6. Tuesday, 4:00pm – 5:30pm, No Cop City Anywhere: Solidarity with Weelaunee Forest Defenders & In Honor of Our Martyrs
In person – meet at:
Oscar Grant Plaza
436-476 14th S
12th Street BART
Since 2021, brave defenders have struggled to keep the city of Atlanta and a range of collaborators from replacing sections of the Weelaunee Forest with an international police training facility. After the movement to Stop Cop City gained considerable ground in late 2022, a multiagency task force murdered Manual “Tortuguita” Terán on January 18 as a warning to all others who would join the movement. Legal officials have also levied domestic terrorism charges against over forty people to crush support.
Like in Atlanta, Oakland is occupied by several of Cop City’s primary funders, financial partners, and contract managers. This Memorial Day, we honor the lives of Tortuguita and many other martyrs lost fighting for a better world by giving a visit to Cop City’s collaborators!
More information on the movement to Stop Cop City can be found at https://stopcop.city/ and https://stopreevesyoung.com/

Rally & Speak-out On US Debt Default
Info: Jail Former SF Fed Member & Silicon Valley CEO Gregory Becker! Bankers Out Of Fed Reserve : Indybay
For Nationalization of Banks Under Worker and Community Control
For General Strike NOW Against Union Busters, Demos And Crooks
The Trump Republicans are demanding major cuts in social services worker benefits witth the threat of default as part of their ransom demands.
It in fact is the bankers & billionaires who run the corrupt Federal Reserve and that is part and parcel of this crisis. Gregory Becker who was the CEO of the Silicon Valley Bank was also a board members of the San Francisco Federal Reserve
which is supposed to do oversight of the banks.
Instead the banksters covered up the finanial crisis and Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland also refuses to investigate and prosecute Becker for insider trading. He sold millions of dollars of stock only days
before the bank collapsed and AG Garland refuses to investigate and proscute. He was also handled with kid gloves at the US Senate Hearing.
The Fed has been raising the interest rates to supposedly control inflation but the billionaires monopolists who run the oil, airlines, railroads, chemical, food and other industries are using their power to raise prices to rip off the public and working class.
It is time that the banks be nationalized under workers control and end the gentrification, ethnic cleansing, systemic racism and the union busting organized by BlackRock and other major hedge funds and banks who use
their power to attack and bust unions and attack working people.
Wells Fargo and other banks have racist practices and have committed massive criminal fraud and fired whistleblowers who exposed the corruption.
After setting up million of fake accounts the former of CEO of Wells Fargo was allowed by Obama’s Attorney General Holder to leave with over $100 million.
On June 1st , we will be rallying at the Federal Reserve to raise these demands and also support a general strike against the threat to defualt which would be a direct attack on the entire working class. Workers have the power and need to use it against the billionaires who are organizing for major attacks on our living conditions and the poor and retired.
While these same politicians say they can’t solve the problem of Homelessness , hunger, healthcare, the climate and education they have continued to provide trillions of dollars for the war in Ukraine and the militarization of Asia and the
