COURT SUPPORT
For
SEAN MOORE’s FAMILY
Tuesday, July 18
9:00am
Hall of Justice
850 Bryant St., Dept. 20 (2nd Fl)
SF
At this hearing DA Jenkins will be dismissing the case of SFPD’s officer Kenneth Cha for the homicide of Sean Moore.
DA Jenkins has dismissed two other cases where SFPD officers have been charged. Her definition of ‘accountability’ does not include holding law enforcement officers accountable.
JUSTICE for SEAN MOORE and ALL VICTIMS of POLICE TERROR!
The info below is on the court calendar.
Case Number | Case Title | Purpose | Location | Dept | Date | Time |
CRI-21010958 | CHA, KENNETH | 850 BRYANT ST | 20 | 2023-07-18 | 9:00 AM |
From San Francisco Rising:SF Rising:Support Sean Moore’s family in court on Tuesday |
Thank you to everyone who came out this week to protest DA Jenkins’ decision to dismiss the charges against the SFPD officer who killed Sean Moore. Community members and organizations from across the city showed up to make it clear that we are outraged by the DA failing to do her job to hold police accountable. We all deserve to feel safe from police violence in our communities, and that starts with a DA who takes police violence seriously. |
We will be coming together on Tuesday, July 18th, at 9am in front of the Hall of Justice (850 Bryant Street) to support the family of Sean Moore as the DA officially drops the charges in this case. Please join us by signing up here.
Let’s make sure that families who lose loved ones to police violence don’t have to go through it alone.
