Special Endorsements Meeting (D5, President, Free City, Sunshine on Dark $)
Monday, June 10, 7 – 9 PM, Park Branch Library, 1833 Page St, SF
Summer Endorsement Proposition
Because the filing deadline for this election is in the beginning of August I am proposing we do a few endorsements early so we can begin campaigning for very important candidates and measures. This is why we moved forward with Chesa Boudin’s endorsement and why I propose moving forward on four particular items that will be on upcoming ballots.
Additionally: our meetings are gaining a lot of energy now that Bernie has announced and many new members are here to help his campaign which is GREAT. However, this means the amount of time available to dive into the nitty gritty of local electoral work is slim. This is why I would like to move forward with a special meeting to review and interview candidates and ballot measures of interest.
