Cleve Jones: Close friend to Harvey Milk, longtime LGBTQ activist, and founder of the AIDS Memorial quilt, is being forced out of his home by a landlord who doesn’t want him there. He says he doesn’t want to leave but he knows he’ll be fine – but not without a protest. Cleve wants to bring awareness to his situation for the benefit of fellow San Franciscans who may end up having no choice to leave when they and their landlords are in conflict.
Join us this Sunday at Harvey Milk Plaza at 11 a.m. as we support Cleve, show him our thanks and love as we march to his apartment on 18th Street near Diamond.
